State of Us, a mental health network formed by Innovate Comms, CCgroup, and Coleman Parkes, aims to address the industry's mental health challenges. It offers monthly events, open dialogue, and a centralized database of mental health first aid trainers. Their goal is to educate, support, and bring about positive change in the industry by fostering a more inclusive and thriving environment.

The survey amongst 1000 PR, marketing and comms professionals in the UK revealed high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout among PR, marketing, and communications professionals. Unfortunately, many felt unsupported by their employers.
