These terms and conditions together with Coleman Parkes Research’s privacy policy, the Proposal and any other documents agreed between the Parties:

(a)  Apply to and be incorporated in the Agreement; and

(b)  Prevail over any inconsistent terms or conditions contained in, or referred to in, the Client's purchase order, confirmation of order, or specification, or implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing.

No addition to, variation of, exclusion or attempted exclusion of any term of the Agreement shall be binding on Coleman Parkes Research unless in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of Coleman Parkes Research.

A Proposal shall not constitute an offer, and is only valid for a period of sixty (60) business days from the date of issue.

An order shall only be deemed to be accepted when Coleman Parkes Research issues written acceptance of the order or Coleman Parkes Research commences the supply of the Services (whichever is the earlier), at which point and on which date the Agreement shall come into existence (“Effective Date”).
